Mechanical Solutions was chosen to provide HVAC systems for the new World Wide Technology Headquarters building located in St. Louis, MO.
The scope of work included:
Furnishing and installing: four (4) gas fired rooftop units, twenty-two (22) variable air volume units with SCR electric reheat, five (5) fan powered terminal units with SCR electric heat, one (1) DX fan coil unit, one (10 indoor split system with associated condensing unit to serve the IT closets on each floor, two (2) stairwell pressurization fans, two (2) variable frequency drives, one (1) elevator shaft pressurization fan, one (1) variable frequency drive for elevator pressurization, one (1) general exhaust fan, one (1) air curtain with electric heat, fifty-five (55) fire dampers with ductwork access doors, twenty-eight (28) manual volume dampers, three (3) motorized dampers, seven (7) electric unit heaters, twenty-one (21) sections of baseboard heaters, one (1) electric cabinet unit heaer, one hundred fifty-one (151) air devices and galvanized ductwork for supply, return, and exhaust systems.
