Mechanical Solutions, as MBE certified Mechanical Contractors, actively engages the community and resources to provide access to diverse construction employees, vendors, and firms. We work with our partners in many associations to engage disadvantaged businesses for our projects. This in turn, helps the companies grow and develop. We also work with community resources to engage in the hiring of diversity in our field crews by partnering with career development and educational organizations to identify and provide individuals with the desire to develop a career in the industry.
