Mechanical Solutions is involved in 287,000 sq. ft. space for the America Center renovation project. Mechanical Solutions provided two cell cooling towers, nine new AHUs, and a new energy recovery unit. A water-cooled chill, a new DX RTU, three new boilers, eight new hydronic pumps, fifteen rooftop fans, and a CRAC unit. Fifteen new gas fired unit heaters, two electric unit heaters, six fan coil units, and four DX split systems. Replaced about 500 feet of existing gas piping in the existing underground tunnels. In the project, all compress air, hydronic, refrigerant, and natural gas piping will be provided. Mechanical Solutions estimates more then 60,000 work hours on the project.
