Mechanical Solutions took on this six phase project to make improvements to the HVAC systems. The work includes removing existing equipment, furnishing and installing new fan terminal units with electric heat, VAV/FTU, SCR controls, and new duct to make the new connections. The existing building controls system was extended to update the old pneumatic controls with new state of the art DDC controls on the new boxes.
