Tenant fit-out work for the Ball park Village Phase 2 project. Mechanical Solutions provided equipment and installation of the HVAC system for the 11th floor and half of the 10th floor of block 100 in the PwC Building at Ballpark Village.

System includes:

• 3 computer room air conditioning units for IDF & MDF rooms
• 20 fan terminal units
• 39 variable air volume boxes
• 1 roof top unit
