TW Constructors proudly announces its acquisition of a new headquarters at 4500 Earth City Expressway. This purchase, finalized on January 16th, is a major milestone in the company’s growth. The new facility will provide fabrication and warehouse space, helping TW Constructors and its affiliated companies meet increasing demand.

The Gray Design Group is leading the project’s design. It includes a 2-story tilt-up building on a 6.73-acre site. The headquarters will offer 38,000 square feet of office space and 71,000 square feet of fabrication and warehouse space. This layout promotes efficiency and allows for future growth.
Additionally, the headquarters will feature cutting-edge technology and sustainable building practices. The facility is designed for long-term scalability. Construction will start in spring 2024, with a target completion date of early winter 2025.
